Nicholas Joseph Potyok
Nick was welcomed home by the Lord on February 3rd at the age of 18. He was born on September 26, 2007 to Deborah Potyok and Joe Sebastiano. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents; his siblings Sophia, Cole, Chloe, and Stella; his grandparents Cynthia, Nick, Steve, Jennean, Debbie and Dennis; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Gone too soon but never forgotten, Nick will live on forever in our hearts.
